Step to study english for me

I think to study English in all structure it's the middle because that just for to learn, maybe like Tenses, Vocabullary, it's enough for to learn and practice.
but In Conversation we must :
1. Brave
2.Confident
3.practice with all person.

I know, maybe enough difficult to search a person to spur speak in english. But however that may be we must fixed exertion for study english language. because now, it is become a international language.

I think to beginning we must study vocabullary, Tenses, Question Tags, Passive Voice, Eliptical construction and etc.

you Know???Not only you but also me is studying language english, maybe in my word still false.
